Oscar is cute standing on his stool. Yet, it gives cause for concern as it and other things are now dragged across the house so he can access things previously out of reach.

Oscar is very fond of Mike's hat (a hat he has owned and worn since a very young kid). He requests Mike to wear it and at times wears it himself. He reminds me of the Fat Albert and the Cosby Kids Show character with a stocking hat over his face. Unfortunately, when I Googled that character I found his name to be Dumb Donald. The good news is you can watch the Fat Albert show on the Internet!
